How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the SpotPay app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile avatar in the top-left corner of the Home screen.
3. On the Profile screen, tap Other Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Account Management section.
5. Tap Permanently delete account.
6. Carefully review the warning message before continuing.
7. In the confirmation field, type delete <your-username>. For example, if your username is johnny, enter delete johnny.
8. Tap Confirm Deletion.
9. Once completed, your account will be permanently deleted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Transaction history
• Account settings
• Contact favorites
• SpotPay card (if applicable)

If you have a SpotPay card, it will be permanently deactivated as part of the deletion process. You will not be eligible to receive a new SpotPay card if you create a new account in the future.
